Il titolare del trattamento dei dati personali raccolti tramite l'app FVESHIII (il «Servizio») è Simone Finiletti, persona fisica con domicilio in Svizzera (il «Gestore»).

Le richieste relative ai dati personali vanno indirizzate a support@finus.dev.

Dati di accesso: l'identificativo dell'account Apple o Google utilizzato. Con l'accesso tramite Google, anche l'indirizzo email dell'account, conservato dal servizio di autenticazione. Con l'accesso tramite Apple non vengono richiesti né il nome né l'indirizzo email.

Dati del profilo: il nome visualizzato, l'emoji e, se inseriti dall'Utente, la foto del profilo e la data di nascita.

Contenuti pubblicati nei gruppi: foto e video con la data di scatto e l'eventuale luogo indicato dall'Utente, storie, commenti e messaggi, sondaggi e voti, eventi e relative risposte, proposte, scommesse, challenge e check-in, segreti. Le foto sono ricompresse prima del caricamento e non conservano la posizione registrata dal dispositivo; i video possono contenere i metadati registrati dal dispositivo. L'autore di un segreto non è visibile agli altri membri.

Dati di utilizzo: punti aura, risultati e dettagli delle partite (in alcuni giochi anche le uscite dall'app durante la partita, rilevate per garantire la correttezza del gioco), segreti a lettura singola già letti, periodi di assenza indicati dall'Utente.

Dati per le notifiche: il codice di notifica del dispositivo, il sistema operativo e la lingua dell'app.

Data e ora dell'ultimo accesso all'app, salvo disattivazione da parte dell'Utente nella sezione «Tu».

Statistiche d'uso dell'app: data e ora di ogni apertura, se l'apertura è avvenuta da una notifica, la prima schermata visitata, il sistema operativo e la versione dell'app.

Segnalazioni inviate (contenuto segnalato, motivo e nota), utenti bloccati, richieste di ingresso nei gruppi, versione dei presenti documenti accettata e data di accettazione.

Log tecnici dei server, compreso l'indirizzo IP delle richieste, conservati per un periodo limitato.

I dati sono trattati esclusivamente per fornire il Servizio: mostrare i contenuti ai membri del gruppo, inviare le notifiche, calcolare punteggi e classifiche, gestire le segnalazioni e la sicurezza del Servizio. Le statistiche d'uso servono a capire come viene usato il Servizio, per migliorarlo.

Il trattamento si basa sull'esecuzione del contratto costituito dai Termini d'uso e, per la sicurezza del Servizio, la gestione delle segnalazioni e le statistiche d'uso, sul legittimo interesse del Gestore.

Il Servizio non contiene pubblicità, non utilizza strumenti di tracciamento o di profilazione e non vende né cede dati personali a terzi.

I contenuti pubblicati in un gruppo sono visibili esclusivamente ai membri di quel gruppo. Il profilo è visibile ai membri dei gruppi di cui l'Utente fa parte.

Le segnalazioni sono visibili agli amministratori del gruppo interessato e al Gestore. Gli utenti bloccati sono noti solo all'Utente che li ha bloccati. Le statistiche d'uso sono visibili solo al Gestore.

Supabase: database, autenticazione e funzioni del server, nella regione eu-central-1 (Francoforte, Germania).

Cloudflare R2: archiviazione di foto e video.

Apple: accesso con Apple e notifiche sui dispositivi iOS.

Google: accesso con Google e notifiche sui dispositivi Android (Firebase Cloud Messaging).

OpenStreetMap e Photon di komoot: mappe e ricerca dei luoghi. Ricevono il testo cercato e l'indirizzo IP del dispositivo.

Alcuni fornitori hanno sede negli Stati Uniti e possono trattare dati al di fuori della Svizzera e dell'Unione europea, con le garanzie contrattuali previste dalla legge.

Le storie sono cancellate 24 ore dopo la pubblicazione, insieme ai messaggi scritti sotto di esse. Per il conteggio della partecipazione settimanale restano soltanto l'autore e la data.

Le notifiche inviate sono cancellate dopo 7 giorni, gli avvisi interni all'app dopo 30 giorni.

Le statistiche d'uso sono cancellate dopo 90 giorni; ne restano soltanto conteggi giornalieri che non si riferiscono a nessun Utente.

Gli altri dati sono conservati finché esiste il gruppo o finché l'Utente non li cancella.

I file di foto e video cancellati sono rimossi dall'archivio entro 30 giorni.

L'app conserva sul dispositivo una copia dei contenuti già visualizzati, per consentirne l'uso senza connessione. La copia è cancellata all'uscita dall'account.

L'account si elimina dalla sezione «Tu» → «Elimina il mio account». Sono cancellati il profilo (nome, emoji, foto, data di nascita), le iscrizioni ai gruppi, i dispositivi registrati, le notifiche, le storie, i tag nelle foto, le statistiche d'uso e le credenziali di accesso.

I contenuti pubblicati nei gruppi (foto, commenti, voti, eventi, aura) restano al gruppo, con l'indicazione «Deleted account» al posto del nome. L'Utente che desidera rimuoverli deve cancellarli prima di eliminare l'account.

Nei gruppi da cui l'Utente era stato rimosso, i suoi contenuti sono cancellati. Un gruppo di cui l'Utente è l'ultimo membro è cancellato con tutti i suoi contenuti. Se l'Utente è proprietario di un gruppo con altri membri, la proprietà passa a un altro amministratore o, in mancanza, al membro iscritto da più tempo.

L'Utente ha diritto di accedere ai propri dati, di ottenerne la rettifica, la cancellazione o una copia in formato leggibile, e di opporsi al trattamento nei casi previsti dalla legge.

L'Utente può inoltre rivolgersi a un'autorità di protezione dei dati: in Svizzera l'Incaricato federale della protezione dei dati e della trasparenza (IFPDT), nell'Unione europea l'autorità del proprio paese.

Il Servizio è riservato a persone di almeno 16 anni.

In caso di modifiche sostanziali alla presente informativa, l'app ne richiede la presa visione prima di proseguire.

The controller of the personal data collected through the FVESHIII app (the “Service”) is Simone Finiletti, a private individual residing in Switzerland (the “Operator”).

Requests concerning personal data should be sent to support@finus.dev.

Sign-in data: the identifier of the Apple or Google account used. With Google sign-in, also the account's email address, stored by the authentication service. With Apple sign-in, neither the name nor the email address is requested.

Profile data: the display name, the emoji and, if added by the User, the profile photo and date of birth.

Content posted in groups: photos and videos with the date taken and any place entered by the User, stories, comments and messages, polls and votes, events and responses, proposals, bets, challenges and check-ins, secrets. Photos are recompressed before upload and do not retain the location recorded by the device; videos may contain metadata recorded by the device. The author of a secret is not visible to other members.

Usage data: aura points, game results and details (in some games also leaving the app during a game, recorded to keep the game fair), single-view secrets already read, periods of absence entered by the User.

Notification data: the device's notification token, operating system and app language.

Date and time of the last app access, unless the User turns this off in the “You” section.

App usage statistics: the date and time of each app opening, whether it came from a notification, the first screen visited, the operating system and the app version.

Reports submitted (reported content, reason and note), blocked users, requests to join groups, the version of these documents accepted and the date of acceptance.

Technical server logs, including the IP address of requests, kept for a limited period.

Data is processed solely to provide the Service: showing content to group members, sending notifications, calculating scores and rankings, handling reports and keeping the Service secure. Usage statistics are used to understand how the Service is used, in order to improve it.

Processing is based on the performance of the contract formed by the Terms of Use and, for the security of the Service, the handling of reports and usage statistics, on the Operator's legitimate interest.

The Service contains no advertising, uses no tracking or profiling tools, and does not sell or share personal data with third parties.

Content posted in a group is visible only to the members of that group. The profile is visible to the members of the groups the User belongs to.

Reports are visible to the admins of the group concerned and to the Operator. Blocked users are known only to the User who blocked them. Usage statistics are visible only to the Operator.

Supabase: database, authentication and server functions, in the eu-central-1 region (Frankfurt, Germany).

Cloudflare R2: storage of photos and videos.

Apple: Sign in with Apple and notifications on iOS devices.

Google: Sign in with Google and notifications on Android devices (Firebase Cloud Messaging).

OpenStreetMap and komoot's Photon: maps and place search. They receive the search text and the device's IP address.

Some providers are based in the United States and may process data outside Switzerland and the European Union, with the contractual safeguards required by law.

Stories are deleted 24 hours after posting, together with the messages written under them. Only the author and the date are kept, for the weekly participation count.

Sent notifications are deleted after 7 days, in-app alerts after 30 days.

Usage statistics are deleted after 90 days; only daily counts that do not refer to any User are kept.

Other data is kept as long as the group exists or until the User deletes it.

Deleted photo and video files are removed from storage within 30 days.

The app keeps a copy of content already viewed on the device, so it can be used offline. The copy is deleted when the User signs out.

The account is deleted from the “You” section → “Delete my account”. This deletes the profile (name, emoji, photo, date of birth), group memberships, registered devices, notifications, stories, photo tags, usage statistics and sign-in credentials.

Content posted in groups (photos, comments, votes, events, aura) remains with the group, shown as “Deleted account” instead of the name. A User who wants it removed must delete it before deleting the account.

In groups the User had been removed from, the User's content is deleted. A group of which the User is the last member is deleted with all its content. If the User owns a group with other members, ownership passes to another admin or, failing that, to the longest-standing member.

The User has the right to access their data, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy in a readable format, and to object to processing where provided by law.

The User may also contact a data protection authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the European Union the authority of their country.

The Service is reserved for people aged 16 and over.

In the event of material changes to this policy, the app asks the User to review it before continuing.
